4. Membership and Payments

• Membership plans are available for purchase through Razorpay.
• All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• Tuz Maz Jamal is not liable for transaction issues arising from third-party payment gateways.

5. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data and images. By uploading, you grant Tuz Maz Jamal a non-exclusive license to display and use such content within the platform.

6. Communication and Matchmaking

The platform facilitates contact and communication among members but does not guarantee successful matches or marriages. Users are solely responsible for verifying other members’ details before engagement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account found violating our terms, engaging in fraud, or misusing the platform. Users may delete their account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tuz Maz Jamal shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of data or unauthorized access.
