We're sorry to see you go. If you've found your match, or you simply want to leave, you can delete your Tuz Maz Jamal Matrimony account at any time. This page shows you how, and what happens to your information. You don't need to log in to read it.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Tuz Maz Jamal app and sign in.
- Tap More, then Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
That's it. Your profile is hidden straight away and you're signed out on all your devices.
No longer have the app? Ask us to delete your account
Call or WhatsApp us on 9307602155 from the mobile number you registered with, and tell us you'd like your account deleted. To keep your profile safe, we may ask you a quick question to confirm it's really you.
What we delete
- Your profile and personal details, such as your name, date of birth, contact details, address, and family and horoscope details.
- Your photos and biodata.
- Your partner preferences, the interests you sent and received, your favourites and the profiles you blocked.
- The messages you sent to our support team.
Once your account is deactivated, other members can no longer see your profile.
What we keep
We only keep what the law requires us to keep, for example records of payments you made for a membership plan.
How long does it take?
Your profile disappears right away. We remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days of your request.
