Child Safety Standards: Tuz Maz Jamal Matrimony

Tuz Maz Jamal is a matrimony service for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form.

Who can use the app

• Only people aged 18 or older may register. The app and the website do not accept a date of birth that makes a person under 18.
• Any profile, photo or message that involves a minor is not allowed and will be removed.

What we do

• Every new profile is checked by our team before it appears.
• Members can block another member at any time.
• Members can report a profile, photo or message in the app: open Help & Support and choose "Reporting abuse or fake profiles". They can also write to us or call us.
• Our team reviews reports on working days. Reports about a child or a minor are treated as urgent: the content is removed and the account is blocked as soon as we confirm it.
• We keep a record of each report and what we did.
• We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the police and to the national cybercrime reporting portal (cybercrime.gov.in), and we cooperate with law enforcement as the law requires.
